Zena E. M. Conway is a thought strategist — a catalyst — one that is passionate about the development and growth of young people, more specifically, young minds.
She is a graduate of two illustrious HBCUs.
The great Johnson C. Smith University of Charlotte, North Carolina, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design and Journalism. There she also served as the 2007 - 2008 Student Government Association President, the 2007 - 2008 Chapter President of the Gamma Lambda Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and she graduated as the Valedictorian of JCSU’s Class of 2008.
Yes, all of that in the very same academic year.
Ms. Conway also served as a Trustee Scholar and Graduate Assistant to the Dean of the School of Communications at the prestigious Howard University in Washington, DC. There she earned her Masters of Arts degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies.
Since graduating, Zena has indulged in several industries, from higher education and motorsports to mixology and technology. She truly believes that the universe is her only limit.
But what is she up to now?
Zena C. is a self proclaimed and well documented growth catalyst focused on enriching and nurturing the brilliant minds of young people.
Ms. Conway recognizes that ‘youth’ is not only a state of mind, it is also an extremely vulnerable and malleable period in all of our lives. She acknowledges, that what many of us really need in order to succeed in this life — is a force outside of ourselves, to show us how to recognize who we are and how to use that inner strength to our own advantage.
Ms. Conway has concocted several ways to reach and interact with great minds, just like you. From her social media presence and one-on-one consultation sessions to group greatness seminars. Each participant she encounters feels as though they depart feeling well prepared and ready to take the necessary steps towards owning their greatness.
But who enjoys all work and no play?
When Zena C. isn’t in the midst of her client’s greatness she enjoys long walks in nature, Ethiopian food, raising her son, Stafford, III, and kickin’ it with her blonde yorkie, Spock.
